Payment in full is required prior to shipping any merchandise. Personal checks must clear the bank prior to processing any order. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.

The cost to ship your order consists of all materials (boxes, packing, bubble wrap, etc.), handling time and the actual cost of shipping.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES: For International orders (outside of the Continental US), orders requiring expedited shipping (anywhere in the World) and heavy orders that require freight shipping, the charges in the shopping cart are considered an estimate. We will let you know the actual cost of shipping and handling and the additional funds needed to cover shipping and handling that are over and above the estimated cost charged during checkout.

For any items damaged during shipping, please call us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. Please provide us with photos of the package and it's contents just as you received it and we will take care of it from there. Be sure to hang on to all original packaging (this is the proof that the package was damaged) so that the shipper can inspect them. Not having the original boxes and shipping material may be grounds for denying the claim. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you as long as we are notified within 5 days of delivery of the merchandise.

For defects or wrong item(s) received, please provide us a photo of what you received and we will take care of it from there.

DAMAGED ITEMS - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.

NOT SATISFIED - If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our site, you can return the merchandise within 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the day you received it (we go by the date the shipper (UPS, USPS, etc. delivered it to you) and we will refund your money, excluding the cost of shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee. Please email or call us before returning your merchandise (at your expense) to obtain the correct return address for your package. The merchandise must be in excellent, unused condition and adequately packed using the original packing materials and insured before returning. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, gift certificates and bulk orders are non-refundable.

Big Rock Lanterns has the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrectly posted prices, or price typos on Big Rock Lanterns cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly listed on its Web site. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make every effort to ensure correct pricing.

If we discover that we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will let you as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping date.
